Description: Description and Condition: Yes, it is BIG: 16.25 inches by 12.25 inches and 3/8ths inches thick. Signed on the back, T & V ( Tressemann & Vogt ), a well known Limoges porcelain maker. This piece dates to the 1st quarter of the 20th Century, ca. 1900-1910, or maybe a bit earlier. This hand painted plaque is in excellent original condition. To be picky, under just the right light I detected a small glaze skip or run that does not affect what is seen when viewed. I would guess that this plaque presents a biblical scene of Rebekah at the Well. Photos were taken outdoors to show colors in natural light. Payment, Returns and Shipping Policies: Absolutely no e-checks will be accepted!! I will accept a return as per ebay's 14-day return policy. However, buyer's remorse or bid by mistake will not be accepted as a valid reason for a return. Buyer pays for return shipping and insurance and upon receipt in the same condition as sent I will refund in the amount of the winning bid. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me using the eBay message system. I will gladly do my best to provide you with any needed information, including more photos. I want you to feel confident in your bidding! Happy, satisfied customers are my goal. Domestic shipping with full insurance for all domestic buyers will be a FLAT RATE by insured USPS priority mail. This plaque will require more expensive oversize packaging to ensure safe arrival, so please no gripes about shipping! I am not Amazon! Final Comment: Porcelain plaques of this large size and excellent condition are scarce. Properly framed this would be very attractive for display.
