Cosmetics-Good overall with some general wear. Most heavily on the top of the headband. Head strap is wrinkled and wavy. Audio cord is twisted up. Missing the ear pads. Operationally these do work overall. Nice clear audio from both sides. The audio plug though is scratchy at times if its moved around. Might not be original ?? Could use replacement.
