Sleeves are short and slightly puffy. It has a horizontal ribbed weave. Color is navy blue and sequin detail is black. The size is a medium. Bust pit to pit doubled is approx 38", waist is 32", hips won't be a concern as the A line cut down from the waist provides a lot of room. Length is 50". 100% polyester.
