Description: This is a beautiful, delicate Belleek shamrock plate with a basket weave pattern and handles. It has the 3rd mark, black, from the period 1926-1946. It has been referred to as a cake plate, but I have seen pictures of it where it appears to serve as a saucer for a teapot of the same pattern. It is 10-3/8" in diameter including the handles.
