Description: This Beautiful rare late 19th early 20th Cent French “art nouveau” silk woven fabrics as a lovely rust colored background with exotic flowers and leaf motifs (very much in the time in pale orange, light blue) with brown accents. Incredibly beautiful design- wonderful for design inspiration or for framing! See photos for reference Measurement: 50 inches in Length by 41 inches in Width Condition: Good- however, this at one point in time has been a drape (silk doesn’t survive forever). therefore there are areas on both sides where there is noticeable damage, there is also several “runs” with breaks in the fabric. This Beautiful woven is not meant for sewing. It is more for designers or Collins. It’s the most beautiful “art nouveau “ silk woven fabric we’ve ever had in 30 years!
