Description: I love my little stereoview collection, but now it is time to downsize! This is a beautiful, turn-of-the-century Stereoview card of a "beautiful Church of the Armenian Christians," in Jerusalem. The image shows a robed figure posing in front of an ornate altar, with the high, arched ceiling festooned with a huge chandelier and what I think are either lanterns or incense burners. It is a magical scene! The card is in good vintage condition. There is some slight water staining (see photos) that doesn't seem to affect the images themselves.
