Description: Capitol Records Club was founded in 1958. Originally, their records were pressed in Scranton and offered up as only Capitol - related releases. Capitol advertised it's Club in the popular magazines of the day , including Life and Look indicating that if you agreed to buy several records , not only would you get them at bargain prices , but also you would automatically be sent a popular record in your chosen genre each month without having to order it . Some people found these " selections of the month " to be useful , while others were annoyed by this practice - one which Capitol shared with the other record clubs ( Columbia , RCA ) Nevertheless. There are 8 Beatles Titles that were released with the Club ...... ( Help, Meet , Yesterday, Rubber, VI , Something, Second ,Revolver ) ..... and here you have #1 Ranked Beatles' studio Album ! Act today ~ shipping tomorrow ~ All club's releases were deemed " NOT FOR SALE " and looked differently from the ones which were sent to the stores. Also ,in some instances ( Yesterday and Today, Revolver ) the club release has had much BETTER sound than the original . To distinguish their Club's product Capitol has put THREE STRIPES ( adidas like ) in the top left corner on a front jacket. Also there is - 8 - was added for the catalog number . Both on a jacket and on a label . Revolver : ST 8-2576 Jacket : VG+ intact . no writing . readable spine . some invisible tape along the seams. Paper white inner Vinyl : VG + Play tested . Some visual hairlines/ light scratches. Not affecting playback. Sounds Amazing ! Its for sure much superior quality than a regular ST 2576 release ..... * contact if you need more info/pics
