Description: Be It Ever So Humble is a vintage print of a snow covered cabin in the moonlight. I have seen this same printed listed as a William M. Thompson print, but I don't believe it is for a few reasons. Thompson does have a piece titled "Be It Ever So Humble", but it is not the same image. In Thompson's snow scenes, the cabin or cottage is in the distance and to the right or left side. The cabin in this print is front and center. The print is signed in the lower right corner, but the name is indecipherable. Even though it is not a Thompson, it is still a pretty scene! Be It Ever So Humble is 7" x 9" and is in excellent condition. If you see any other prints you like, I am always happy to combine shipping! This print will be shipped flat between cardboard for protection. Chuck Olson CollectionChuck Olson spent over 40 years collecting and traveling the United States in search of unique vintage prints. He was especially interested in prints that were printed for use on calendars in the "Age of the Calendar" from 1900-1960. Chuck amassed a collection of well over 10,000 framed and unframed prints before his death. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about the item.
