Description: I put in 4 AA batteries and turned on the switch. Motor buzzes but won't move. There is also a plug for a 9-volt battery but the top terminal of the old battery is stuck in the plug so I can't test it - probably for lights. There is a crack on the bottom in front of battery door about half an inch long. Rear wheel missing 1 sticker and I see some scratches. Made in Hong Kong.
