The retelling is as fantastic and absurd as the myths of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table are in the 20th century. • Batman and Robin duel a new foe, Dr. Pneumo, whose air gun blasts Batman off his feet, making him strike his head and causing temporary blindness. In order to keep fighting crime, Batman trains his other senses and creates a hearing device that helps him chase crooks. When the Dynamic Duo confront Dr. Pneumo, he once again uses his air gun and causes Batman to hit his head. The second hit makes Batman's vision to return and he is finally able to capture the crooks. • While Batman and Robin are battling the Lippy Yates gang, Bat-Hound discovers an alien creature that landed on Earth in need of help. The people of Gotham are afraid of the creature and try to eliminate it, but Bat-Hound protects the creature. Batman and Robin investigate the mysterious behavior of Ace and they learn that the alien creature has arrived on Earth by accident and the atmosphere of the planet has caused it to grow many times its original size. • Offers accepted and questions gladly answered. • Shipped extra securely, bagged and boarded, with tracking. • A great comic book collectible in great condition for any fan of DC’s Silver Age Batman and Robin!
