Description: This 1999 base set uncut booster sheet features three sets of foil wrappers which can be framed for a beautiful and unique display. Generally part of a much larger roll, these wrappers were never intended to leave the factory without being cut and wrapped around cards. Those you do see sold are normally in sets of three from a single roll that was cut down from the larger sheet, and did for $500 plus for a set of three. The foil is not mint, but will flatten beautifully if framed or put in a plastic sleeve. It can also be put in a press or the back can be giggly ironed with a wet towel.
