However, the device itself has been tested, and everything still functions as normal (touch screen works, battery charges and holds charge fine; page turning button work; backlight works). If you are not already familiar with Nook products, note that this device is no longer supported by Barnes & Noble, meaning that it cannot be registered to an account, nor can it connect to the internet to purchase books. However, book files can still be sideloaded onto the device using via computer using a micro usb data transfer cable or by inserting a micro sd card with book files on it.
