See below for details* Extremely rare Barbie Supersize Superstar Christie from 1977.Doll has not been played with, only removed from the box a few years back to display in a cabinet.Complete except for the cardboard insert/backing card. All pieces for the doll are present. Face is beautiful, lovely colouring. Blonde highlights. Hair is all original, head still has cello around it. Original necklace, earrings and ring on the doll.Body suit has never been removed. I chose not to take it off completely for photos so as not to risk damage to the seams. Star shaped stand has never been assembled. Packet with blue satin pants, blue T-straps, tip of stand and ribbon is open at the end, but contents have not been removed and never used. All jewellery and accessories are unused and still attached to the frame, with the exception the tiara which has disconnected from the frame on one side.Also includes instruction sheet. Box is not mint, but it’s not bad, and very much displayable. Wear to box as shown, window is coming loose a bit at one corner. Various dings and stickers remnants. See photos. If I had to fault this doll (being super picky): -Bodysuit and skirt have turned a champagne pink (almost all Supersize Christies do this due to light exposure). (Pants in packet have retained their original blue colour as the plastic packet protected the fabric).-Thin line of melt mark around the top of the neck where the head joins, also a common occurrence.-Two pin dot sized dirt spots on the back of the skirt (spot clean needed).-A few very fine scuff marks to legs from recent brief storage.-Instructions have some wrinkles and a small tear.-One side of the tiara is not attached to the frame (being super picky here).-Box is not mint, wear as shown. Overall fantastic displayed only condition, mint out of box.Extremely difficult to find in this condition anywhere, let alone in Australia.
