This note is obviously circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps foreign substance); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); edge indents/nicks (due to the note being in the holder I can't tell if there are any tears); surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see.
