Description: Created as a limited edition by Chuck Close for President Obama's second inauguration (the 57th in American history), this pixelated portrait is as original as Obama's history-making presidency. The portrait bears Close's printed name and is plate-signed by Barack Obama (not an original signature), and is numbered 1069/2013 on the front. This is an offset lithograph which I had framed, although a larger frame revealing the numbered edition would likely have been better. That said, the framed pieces measures 28" x 24" with the visible portion of the print measuring 23 1/2" x 18". If you're a fan of Barack Obama, Chuck Close, ethical and empathetic presidents, or all of the above, then this may become a focal point in your home. I've seen only two of these offered for sale; one priced at $2,400 and a Close-signed version at $18,000. I don't think this merits anywhere close to that so I've priced it where it may work for you.
