USED CONDITION This bank is in very nice condition, has a very nice shine to the plated finish. No pitting. 1 new Key works great. It takes a 1/4 turn C.W. to open works very smooth, this is a new locksmith quality key. Overall, very nice condition. Black Paint on top is shiny, shows crisp detail.
