Description: This is a Baldor DC motor, 1 hp 12v 1800 RPM continuous duty. Cost almost 3K MSRP, a little under 2K from the right places. We got it at work but it was too long for the application and I was allowed to keep it rather than throw it away. Being a 12v motor it has heavier wiring than the higher voltage motors, hence the higher cost. It can handle 85 amps, so it's not like most lesser cheesey motors. Kind of heavy, shipping automatically is calculated. If you are near Atlanta you can pick it up. I got a few motors and this is my favorite, it needs a better home than my garage. Thanks!
