Description: This is a used Balboa bp1500. It came from my personal hot tub, it worked fine until recently. It started giving a no communication error. Rather than troubleshooting the part, we opted to have it replaced. I don’t know how or how easy it can be fixed. The heater does work and continued to work after the no comm error.
