Book is in very nice condition nearly like new except for that it had a little bit of humidity or water damage on the back rear of it which at the time bled into some of the pages so some of the pages toward the end have a bit of a wave to them but it's really only noticeable if you're looking for it. I've tried to capture this in some of the photos and you'll see that it's not a huge deal that the book is still in excellent condition.
