This item is circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps some ink stains); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); surface wear and fraying; edge indents/nicks (due to the note being in a holder it is difficult to say if there are any tears); no holes that I could see.
