Description: This is a WELL above average complete 28 card 100% original and unaltered HIGH GRADE set of this 28 card Swell Bubble Gum Babe Ruth Story. It's the finest set of this issue that I can EVER recall seeing. Were this graded pre-covid, most grades would have been 1.5-2 grades higher. Also, of the minority amount that were deemed to be unaltered but slightly under the established factory size for the issue, I'd think that just about all of those cards would have been numerically graded. Also, ax you can clearly see, if the small number of cards that were graded only 2-3, they just about all present as being 2-3 times that grade. This is aa clean and fresh as this set is almost ever found. I can send images of the cards that aren't pictured, but suffice it to say that this is a highly consistent quality complete and completely graded 28 card set These cards have all been freshly graded at the beginning of October 2024 Each and every card in this set is exponentially rarer than its (same production year) 1948 Leaf counterpart. It's obviously a dramatically underpriced set!! Our starting bid is only a few pennies over $210 per card!!! If this doesn't sell for a good amount more than our very favorable starting bid, I'd be quite disappointed.
