Description: Lovely, vintage bone china floral arrangementby Aynsley, made in England Stands a little over 3" tall and 3" wide, very graceful taper to top of arrangement. Flowers are open, pink, wild roses with yellow stamens, accented by clusters of blue forget-me-nots. This was my mom's, but I'm downsizing in preparation to a move to a much smaller house this coming spring, and I simply can't keep all of the treasures I inherrited from her. She was a classy lady and filled her surroundings with delicate and beautiful things. She especially loved roses. There is very little damage to this piece. There's a chip to one of the yellow stamens, and one rose has lower left petal chipped off. See the 6th and 7th photos for close-ups of this. Still shows beautifully, I really only found the damage by feeling for sharp places with my fingertips. Has held up very well considering how fragile these flowers are. The round "bowl" the arrangement is in is very heavy, and the piece weighs a bit over a pound.
