The round lights in other listings didn't look authentic on our vehicles with square and rectangle taillights. These rectangle LEDs look great in the Jeep JLU and Gladiator and Chevy C10! Chevy C10 pictures have body cut away and LEDs mounted flush. C10 also has white reverse lights mounted above the red LEDs and warm white rock lights (available in separate listings). Blue Jeep Gladiator pictures have the red LEDs vertical. We also added amber turn signal lights (available in separate listing, require Blue HRZ00015 receiver for turn signal function). Body was cut out and LEDs mounted flush. Tan Jeep Gladiator has paint scraped away inside the body and LEDs mounted inside. Yellow Jeep JLU has paint scraped away inside the body and LEDs mounted flat against the body. See last two photos for installation example. Some ways we have installed:Scrape or sand the paint away on the INSIDE of the body, behind the red taillight stickers. This is perhaps the easiest and looks good. These bodies are painted from the inside, all paint is on the inside!Tan Gladiator and Yellow Jeep JLU in photos were installed by scraping away the paintCut away the taillight part of the sticker and scrape away the paint on the inside of the body, or The most realistic look we've found involves cutting away the plastic so you can see the red LED directly. We drill a 5/64 hole at the top and bottom of the taillight area and cut away the area between with an x-acto knife or box cutter. The light should slip in. C10 and Blue Gladiator were installed by cutting away the body and flush mounting the LEDs in the cutoutSecure with adhesive of your choice. E6000 and Shoe Goo work well. Hot glue attaches quick but tends to pop off as the bodies flex, especially if driving in cold conditions. Sharpie or paint if you have too much light bleeding on the sides (we've not found this to be an issue in most vehicle installs) Install however you find best!See our other listings for headlights, bumper lights, reverse lights, turn signals, rock lights and full light kits.
