Description: Here you see a pair of axes/tomahawks that were refurbished as art objects by famous driftwood sculptor Shaw Lakey. Look him up online if you don't know who he is. I need to move these due to space issues, so I'm going to list them as a set. They are excellent pieces, obviously for display but no doubt functional if necessary. The sheathing work is fantastic in hammered metals and leather. There is no COA, I bought them directly from Mr. Lakey on eBay, several years ago. Definitely unique pieces! They would look great in a display case, either horizontal or vertical. I've had them dust-free, in a glass-fronted bookshelf. As they are totally out of the usual subject matter for this artist, they should only increase in value. Include 10.00 for extra insurance, if you want it. Thanks for looking!
