Little Wiggley's tentacles are pink/coral colored vinyl. The item is empty but it was once filled with 8 oz of bubble bath for children. Accompanying Little Wiggley are two plastic rings. Little Wiggley can be placed in a swimming pool or bath tub for a game of ring toss. The items come in the original box but the box has wear (torn flaps/scrapes/dents/crush) - see pictures.
