Made in USA. Roll itself measures app 10" diameter x 4" high. Can be used with Autobag machinery or manually. For manual use, you can use tape, staples, etc. This is new old stock. Only vendor packaging is the cardboard. Minor shelf wear on cardboard. Weighs app 6-1/4 pounds, packed up will weigh 7 pounds. You can use the shipping calculator for USPS or UPS Ground.
