Description: For sale is an Authentic Mica Lamp Company #004 Mushroom Lamp. Made in the USA by Mica Lamp Co. with solid copper, it measures approximately 17 3/4 inches tall and has three bulbs. Works beautifully and overall in great condition. The cord has electrical tape in three spots and there are very minor scratches here and there, but overall it's in great shape. As you can see, the Mica logo has been double-stamped on the bottom during manufacturing as well. Every detail including any other minor flaws are in the photos so please check them for exact detail of condition. Comes with everything in the photos including the bulbs. This authentic, ultra rare "mushroom" lamp is the last of three Mica Company lamps I'll be listing. The first two (trumpet and beanpot) have sold quickly at or near asking price.
