The strapping around the bag and handles are dark and have some stains. The handles have some cracks - some are minor and some not so much but nothing that I believe jeopardizes the integrity of the bag. It's still a very sturdy/solid beautiful bag. No tears or rips where handles connect to hardware.The pull tabs are missing.You can have the handles replaced by Louis Vuitton or a reputable company that replaces handles at a reasonable price and have a beautiful bag.
