Atlas/Kato - Southern Railway (SOU) F7A-F7B-F7B-F7A locomotive consist lashup

Description: HO Custom Southern (SOU) F7 "Black Tuxedo" consist F7A (rd. #4252) powered, F7B (rd. #4395) powered, F7B (rd. #6714, sub-lettered AGS) dummy, & F7A (rd. #6162, sub-lettered CNO&TP) powered These locomotives were made by Kato for Atlas Model Railroad Company back in the 1990's. Kato sets the standard for injection molded model locomotives. This used F7 lashup was custom painted, numbered and lettered to represent one of the Southern's workhorse locomotives in a typical consist configuration. The locomotives have metal handrails and grab irons added along with exhaust spark arrestors. The A-units have firecracker antennas and prototypical correct horns added. Both A-units have mu hoses added to the front of the locomotives. Knuckle style couplers and bellows have been installed on both ends of the A and B-units.The powered models has been test ran and they function well in both directions. That being said, since they sat in my display case for over 20+ years (the reason for some residual dust on the models), they could use a cleaning of their power chassis. The lights are functional on both A-units. The original boxes and documentation are not available.
