These are not quite a 'unicorn' in Atari-world, but they are collectible and somewhat rare nonetheless. Made in Sunnyvale, California, it is speculated that these units were the initial runs before the molds were sent overseas for full production. This auction is for the console only! This particular unit is working perfectly and is a beautiful specimen. Switch action is silky smooth. Foil serial number sticker is intact and present...these too often fell off over time. The bezel paint is all original. Faux wood grain is near perfect as is the RF cord.
