Description: Superb Pair Of A.Seguso MURANO Mid-Century Torqued Perfume Bottles. This superb pair of torqued perfume bottles attributed to the legendary Archimede Seguso of Murano Glass fame is a rare find indeed. The stunning mid century design features a bottle of gold and rose colored flakes and bubbles suspended within the swirling form culminating in a glass stopper cap “finial” completing the composition. Each piece measures 7.75” in height. The bases are flat and includes one of the original early vintage “Made In Murano Italy” labels associated with the Seguso brand. The bottles are in very good condition with minor scratches to the underside commensurate with age, but no visible cracks to the bottles surfaces. On one of the bottle necks there is a small interior crack that does not transmit to the exterior or interior surface.(see photo 10) A stunning addition to any art glass collection of note.
