Nicholas Robinson is Professor for the Environment and Gilbert and Sarah Kerlin Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the Pace Law School, and also serves as the Professor Adjunct at the Yale University School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. Lin-Heng Lye is Director of the Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law (APCEL) and former Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS).
