This is on episode 86, where Baikinman and Dokinchan trapped Melonpanna with the Ice Queen as they don't want her to interfere with their plans with Rollpanna (long story short, Rollpanna was created to be Melonpanna, but Baikinman poisoned Rollpanna to be a villain. Though Melonpanna is able to stop her sister at times). The DVD has some scratches and for some reason cannot play properly. But I had my own copy with no scratches and it has the same issue. So it's likely a DVD issue when VAP made them. But it was able to decrypt the DVD. So you need a DVD a decrypter software.
