Description: Ground shipping is free for the contiguous United States. This lamp is 17" tall, with a 9 5/8" wide shade at the top. While it does work, it is missing the wider metal shade that goes on top and finial that connects the shade. The top of the remaining metal shade is scratched with paint flakes missing, and it's slightly uneven. The brass tone metal pieces are highly tarnished, the top of the base has a rusty appearance, and the black ring (part of the shade) is very rusty. The side of the base has writing on the side and a slight dent right next to it. The black plastic piece that is supposed to be in the hold where the cord comes out has come loose. It could be tapped back in with a small hammer, but I will leave it loose in case you want to refurbish the lamp.
