Description: Artist Made VTG Women's Repurposed Watch Necklace Gold Tone Faux Pearl Beads. Very nice vintage, pre-owned condition with little signs of wear. I only wore this necklace a handful of times, maybe 6. Otherwise, it was kept in a jewelry box. I purchased this necklace in the late 1990's at an art show in Cincinatti, Ohio. Unfortunately, I can't remember the artist's name. She made jewelry with broken watches and watch parts. The watch has never worked, nor did the artist intend it to. I'm not sure if it could be repaired. It is an old wind-up Bulova. There are some numbers on the clock case, and I believe the watch is gold or gold filled, although I can't promise that since it is not marked. The chain was handmade, twisted gold tone wires (unknown metal) with faux glass pearl beads. There is a spring clasp, and the chain is about 24 inches long. The pendant is about another inch and a half long. All of my items are carefully packed for shipping, no matter their value - $5 items are wrapped with the same care as a $200 item. My goal is to have your purchase arrive safely. I use recycled packaging when possible but mostly use new, high-quality products so your item will arrive intact without damage.
