Description: Arthur Rackham’s “King Midas And Little Marygold” - Original Matted and Period-Framed Color Illustration (page 61) from the 1922 Edition of Palgrave’s ‘ Wonder Book’. The color and condition are excellent. The image is 6 3/4”x 5”. Outermost frame dimensions are 9 3/4”x 7 3/4”. I thought the period-frame (1930’s) was a perfect match. There is a small wrinkle in the lower right at the heel of the child (photo #10) not that noticeable under glass. The bottom trim-off (photo 10) will be affixed to the reverse side. It is backed with 2-ply acid-free rag museum board, new hardware, dustcover and bump-ons, November, 2024 and ready to hang. Note: The first 12 photos are taken without glass to avoid reflection/glare issues, photos 14, 15, (slight angle), 16 & 17 after completion of project. I refund shipping charges over actual.
