Called the Laverock Farm from architects Mellor Meigs & Howe in the 1920s this was a French Provincial house and farm design. Published by The Architectural Book Publishing Company, New York. The book is 12 1/4" by 16 1/4" across, has 99 pages and in good preowned condition based on wear, tears, marks and binding problems.
