Description: Here is a rare Hungarian Art Nouveau container with cover in the Turkish style(Wanda series) made by Zsolnay Pecs in the 1880's. It is 11 inches high by 7 inches wide by 7 inches deep. It is multi colored glazed pottery of cobalt blue with greens and purples with applied gilding. It is in beautiful condition with no obvious flaws. It is fully marked with the blue Zsolnay mark of the period and is also stamped in the pottery: "Zsolnay Pecs 2369" USPS or UPS ground insured mail shipping in the US.
