Incredible "singlet" fancy lugs rectangular case. Diameter of the case is ~44x22 mm across. No crown or crystal. Case shows storage marks but it has never been used. Inside says nickel chrome , 136 which is most likely the reference. Case back stamped 5462. You will receive exactly what you see in photos.
