Arnold Schwarzenegger as Arnold Strong Early 70s Bodybuilding Books in His PRIME

Description: Arnold had already won the Mr. Universe title when he said he was asked to write these books, I'm guessing by his mentor Joe Weider. Each book has an introduction and a conclusion in which Arnold provides much interesting information, some personal. There are plenty of pictures of him throughout also. He was at his peak of handsomeness and bodybuilding shape. The woman he's hoisting on the back cover of The Art of Physical Display is Joe Weider's wife Betty Weider. My husband is the original owner of these books that he bought in the early 1970s via mail-in coupons from Joe's magazines. There are rust spots by all of the upper staples.
