Description: April 28 1925 Letter Eastland Realty Corporation 1819 Broadway New York Signed by President. Manufactures Trust Company Building, Gotham National Bank Building & Columbus Circle. The letter has tears and crease, along the top edge and the bottom edge and at the each side edge at the center fold. There are some more side edge nicks. There are two vertical and one lateral fold(s). Size is 8.5 x 11 inches and folds down to 3x 5". Dated April 28, 1925, mailed to a L J Amiss Baton Rouge, La. Signed by the president of the Eastland Realty Corporation, the name appears to be a 'R Cowan.' The logo has a view of Columbus Circle and the Manufactures Trust Company Building (this is the name given on the logo), which was at onetime the Gotham National Bank Building. The building was demolished in 1954. There is crease and marks. Some small holes. Overall condition is poor. See photographs for condition and description. Will mail folded.
