Left button works perfectly fine, as well as the touch surface of the mouse, holds charge really well. Can be used as is. Right button function can be assigned in Mac software. Or maybe you know how to bend the aluminum base of the mouse back? When I press and hold the bottom part of the mouse, BOTH buttons seem to work. New one retails for $99 + 12% = $110.88
