I am not sure if it was a app store issue or if it was a wifi issue. The wifi would consistently try to search for a network. I was able to connect a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse with no issue. I have a user account created with no password, so it should not need unlocked - if you were to have any issues - please let me know. I was unable to connect my itunes account as well.
