Description: Aorus RTX 3090 Xtreme. Needs thermal pads replaced. I bought a 2nd one and same thing, come to find out it’s common for these cards but I’m not comfortable replacing myself. You should be aware that all of these GPUs in the world weren’t made correctly. Yes the pads need replacing but the underlying problem is that the backplate is keeping heat in and you need a heat sink with a fan > preferably 2 fans < to keep memory from cooking and separating from pcb.
