Description: You're looking at an antique wooden Diamond Match Co. advertising crate with finger-jointed construction. This piece possesses a wonderful patina and a superb color. Two sides are pressed wood and one side has a faded markings. This original shipping crate dates to approx the early 20th century and shows wear commensurate with age including marks, dings, stains, scuffs etc; which all add to the character and authenticity of the piece. The bottom shows wear but is structurally sound. Measures approx 16.5" long x 14.5" wide x 10.5" tall.
