Description: Early Shingling Froe. The tool is hand forged and shows age and use. Comes with handle. The handle comes out with ease so will need to be secured to the froe. Looks like the original handle but could be a old replacement. The blade measures roughly 14" end to end with a 12" edge. Handle is roughly 12-1/2" long. Weight without Handle is 3lb 8oz and with handle 4lb 2.7oz. Pics are the best description. Got mushrooming at the above edge, and normal wear and patina. Comes as seen in pics.
