Description: This auction is for a vintage sterling silver pin/broach. Stamped "Pat' 1852 18R" on the center of the clasp. At the end of the clasp it is stamped "Sterling". I really do not know anything about jewelry. Just what I can read on the item. Not sure what the stone is. Maybe amethyst?? Certainly an antique but I don't know much else about it. Measures approx 1 1/4" x 3/4". In very good condition. Please see pics for the best description.
