Its a flow blue color with a white background. This was produced by Villeroy & Bock and the makers mark is stamped on the back as seen in the photos. This plate is 10 1/2 inches and in very good antique condition, there is crazing as seen in the photos, there is a tiny dark spot on the outer rim of the plate as seen in photos, there are no chips or cracks. please see the shipping details, for shipping options.
