Description: This is a fine Meerschaum and Briar Housepipe from Vienna, from about 1900. It is 17 1/2" long, 3 1/8" tall from the bowl to the tip of the stem and 1 5/16" wide. Marked HOUSEPIPE VIENNAMADE on the left side of the stem. The bowl and stem are made of Briar with an Amber tip and an Ebony rounded plug near the bowl. The top of the bowl has a Meerschaum ring 7 /16" tall with a small chip, 1/2mm by 2mm long, at the bottom of the ring facing the stem. It has a great look, suitable for a movie prop.
