Description: This antique locket pendant is a beautiful piece of Victorian jewelry. The pendant is probably made of gold-filled metal. Beautifully etched in Eastlake style of that time, done on both sides. The inside has two antique tintype* photos, clearly a couple from the mid-1800s. It is lovely, with period style, no monograms and great color. * A tintype is a photograph made by creating a direct positive on a thin sheet of metal. Tintypes enjoyed their widest use during the 1860s and 1870s.
